Sirs:
I'm new here. None of the DVD Menus that come with Premier Elements 11 are appropriate for me; I need some templates a little simpler or more "business-like".
Browsing around, I found that you have created a number of Menus that are for download. I am trying to download a couple of Menu Templates, but cannot. They clearly are designated as for subscribers only, but I am a subscriber.
Since I have two separate computers, is your website looking for a cookie that may not be on one of my computers?
Am I the wrong "type" of subscriber?
Can you offer a solution?
Thank you,
Howard

Hi Howard, You have subscribed to our "Learning Basic", which is for our Learning/Training tutorials. DVD Menu templates are part of the "Media" subscriptions. If you'd like to subscribe to the entire package (annual Premiere Subscription), I can refund the difference and it will [re]start the subscription from the date you purchase. This will allow access to our entire download section for a year. Hope this clears things up!
Regards, -Ron

Ron, thanks for the information.
As a beginner, I thought a "beginner subscription" would be appropriate. But I understand better now.
I saw that you have a "special": Premium Membership for $49.95. That will be fine. Please go ahead and apply my initial subscription to a Premium Membership.
I recall that I earlier paid with credit card through PayPal. That will be fine as well.
Please note: as of tomorrow (Friday, March 15), I will be out of town for three days. Whatever you want to do for my "new" subscription, I'll take care my end on Monday.
Thank you,
Howard

No problem, Howard. Simply subscribe for the Premium and I'll refund the difference, it's that simple.

Ron, I'm picking up from our communications of last Friday.
Today I (re)subscribed for the Premium Membership, per your suggestion. Although, the PayPal screen indicated a charge of $49.95, I assume that you are going to make the adjustment.
Thanks for your assistance,
Howard

Ron, as mentioned in my previous post, I purchased a Premier Membership today.
The automated e-mail that I received is looking for new information (new password) and may not have recognized that I am a my current subscriber (but as of today at a higher level). It appears that my access to features remains limited.
Besides the matter regarding the subscription update payment, would you please help with whatever else needs to be done here.
Thank you,
Howard

Your refund is issued and you should be able to access all of our digital downloads using your forum login (disregard the email that was sent with password information).
Thanks for your purchase and we hope you enjoy your subscription!

Ron, thank you for the information.
My concern was that the automated e-mail I received earlier today made it appear that my login, password, etc. would have to be redone (and thereby losing earlier posts). I appreciate your having straightened out everything.
Thanks again,
Howard
