There is a company called SJCAM that makes GoPro knock-offs that seem to keep getting better and better. Their new SJ5000 Plus is a clone of a GPH3 Black with a screen on the back all for $199 USD. They are even using the same chipset that GP uses for their 3 series. The Ambarella A7LS75 DSP + Panasonic 16 Megapixel 1/2.33" CMOS Sensor. It even has wifi too.
At $199 USD this is a pretty good price for what you are getting. Just be aware that there is even a knock-off of this camera called the SJ5000. Made by a different manufacturer. You can tell the clone of a clone by the screws on the front.
