Re: PE7 Online Training videoWe will have more coming up next month here John, but some of the best tutorials are at Lynda.com
I don't know if they have version 7 tutorials yet but you can check out the version 4 and 6 tutorials, they are very good. They don't get into anything real deep, but they do cover both programs from beginning to end. For $25 you can watch all the tutorials you possibly can in 30 days, they have an annual subscription as well but that is a bit expensive. Be sure you watch all of the V7 tutorials here also, there are quite a few and the version 4 tutorials are good also. Version 4 and 7 are not much different, just a couple of new things added in V7. 1. Thinkpad W530 Laptop, Core i7-3820QM Processor 8M Cache 3.70 GHz, 16 GB DDR3, NVIDIA Quadro K1000M 2GB Memory.
2. Cybertron PC - Liquid Cooled AMD FX6300, 6 cores, 3.50ghz - 32GB DDR3 - MSI GeForce GTX 960 Gaming 4G, 4GB Video Ram, 1024 Cuda Cores.
Re: PE7 Online Training videoThank you, I will check it out.

Re: PE7 Online Training videoFor Photoshop Elements 7, I suggest looking at
http://www.photoshopelementsuser.com/learningcenter/ There are several free tutorials on that page starting with an Overview tutorial. Note: you need a very current level Quicktime to view these tutorials. An example is that on an XP PC that had Quicktime 7.5, it did not play an image but when I upgraded to 7.5.5 the tutorial played successfully.
Re: PE7 Online Training videoAnd dont forget the online tutorials directly linkable from within PE7, the Photoshop.com Inspiration Browser. Tutorials are available for PE7 and PSE7... both pdf and video format tutorials from a number of sources including Lynda and Adobe, etc.
Re: PE7 Online Training videoExcellent point, Paul! Don't neglect Photoshop.com and the Inspiration Browser, a couple of major (if subtle) new features in version 7 that are only going to grow in importance as these sites are developed. Ultimately Photoshop.com will provide a wealth of additional transitions, effects and templates for the program which can all be accessed from within the program.
To access the Inspiration browser, click on one of the little messages that appear in orange in the lower right corner of the interface. Then follow the link to the Inspiration Browser. Here you'll find a growing library of helps and tutorials. And then, of course, if you need a more thorough look at every tool in the program, there's my book... HP Envy with 2.9/4.4 ghz i7-10700 and 16 gig of RAM running Windows 11 Pro
Re: PE7 Online Training videoAs mentioned, there are some excellent tutorials here at Muvipix. Even if they were made for a different version, don't let that stop you from watching. Things work basically the same in the newer versions...like keyframing, cropping, etc. I also recommend Steve's new book on PE7 and the Premiere Elements 2 in a Snap. The Snap book walks you thru step by step with illustrations on how to do various effects.
Welcome to Muvipix John! aka Cheryl

Re: PE7 Online Training videoPardon the noobness but this is a really big site! Where are the PE7 videos from Muvipix located?

The Learning Series is one and Tutorials is another. Most of the v7 tutorials are under the Learning Series. Thinkpad W530 Laptop, Core i7-3820QM Processor 8M Cache 3.70 GHz, 16 GB DDR3, NVIDIA Quadro K1000M 2GB Memory.
