Re: Cannot open HD motion filesTry it again, please.

Re: Cannot open HD motion filesWe sure appreciate all of your hard work -- but it's still a no go. Sorry. I'm sure it's a Mac thing.
If it makes any difference, here's what I'm seeing. 1) I click on the Download button. 2) A mini-window opens with the file listed on it correctly and another Download button. 3) When I click this this Download button, my Downloads panel opens, listing my file as Download.php. So whatever is going buggy, it seems to be happening after you click Download on that second window. HP Envy with 2.9/4.4 ghz i7-10700 and 16 gig of RAM running Windows 11 Pro
Re: Cannot open HD motion filesOK, try it again, Steve. If it doesn't work, can you send me the page source of the download button page (that window that opens)?
Thanks! Regards,

Re: Cannot open HD motion filesDoes this help, Ron?
I've attached a screen cap -- and here's the page source code: <html> <head> <title>Member Download</title> <meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=utf-8" /> <link rel="StyleSheet" href="../../corporatestyle.css" type="text/css"> </head> <body> <table align="center"> <tr> <td><strong>Member Downloads</strong></td> </tr> <tr> <td align="left">Number of products which you may download on this page : <strong>1</strong></td> </tr> <tr> <td> </td> </tr> <tr> <td align="left"><strong>Item : </strong>HD Love 15 Video Background</td> </tr> <tr> <td><strong>File: </strong>vbhd0195.zip</td> </tr> <tr> <td class="smalltext" align="center"><br><br> <form name="frmDownload" method="post" action="/phpipnmonitor_v480/cart/download.php"> <input type="hidden" name="detail" value="3f0d070f0e190e070c06"> <input type="submit" name="submit" value="Download" class="inputsubmit"> </form> </td> </tr> </table> </body> </html> You do not have the required permissions to view the files attached to this post. Re: Cannot open HD motion filesThanks, Steve. Try it again, please?
I'm pretty sure it's fixed now - long story. FWIW, the php file was really the correct zip file in disguise. IOW, if you would've saved it with a zip extension, it would've worked. But again, I think it's good to go now. Regards,
