Sidd is right. Without the length of the movie and the resolution of your output it's hard to give specific advice. It might also help to know what device or site you plan to share your video on, as that too is a factor. For instance, if you plan to upload your file to YouTube, the size of the file isn't a major concern because YouTube will re-compress it regardless.
Meantime, every Export & Share template includes a Quality slider that you can use to trade off quality for file size.
