New PC Coming after old one diedOld Mb dead, new compyuter on the way. Of course it will have Win10. What I need to know is, will I be able to shift everything over, with the exception of the op sys from my old drive to the new one? Maybe replace the program folder with the one on my old C drive? I'd like it if I didn't have to reinstall all the software I had loaded. That would be good, Huh?

No, you need to reinstall your programs as some of them make changes to the new Win 10 Registry.
Re: New PC Coming after old one diedThat makes sense..thanks

Re: New PC Coming after old one diedYou may need to deactivate licenses from your old machine depending on the software, may take a phone call if you are talking about Adobe products. Unfortunately as was mentioned already you will need to reinstall everything, one of the not fun parts of getting a new computer
