Dopo l'aggiornamento di Windows 10 alla versione 1703 quando apro Photoshop elements le finestre dei menu sono vuote assieme ad altre finestre di comando. Ho provato a eseguire il programma in modalità compatibile windows 8 e la prima volta tutto ha ripreso a funzionare. Spento il computer e riacceso purtroppo con qualsiasi modalità non funziona più. Molto strano. Potete darmi qualche dritta o la soluzione è passare a una versione più recente? Grazie

You should uninstall and reinstall your programs after a major operating system upgrade.

I agree with Peru, using the cleaner tool and then installing again would be the best thing to try first.

Ho provato con adobe cleaner tool ma nelle opzioni che si presentano non è indicato Photoshop elements. L'unica voce utile potrebbe essere ALL. Ma questo vorrebbe dire che anche gli altri software adobe (premiere elements 11, acrobat reader, flash player, ecc. ) vengono disabilitati? Oppure prima di far girare adobe cleaner tool devo io disinstallare tutto? Grazie ancora.

I software adobe istallati sono: Premiere elements 10, Premiere elements 11, flash player, shockway, acrobat reader. Funzionano tutti. Hanno smesso di funzionare Photoshop elements 10 e 11. Il malfunzionamento è molto strano, i programmi partono regolarmente ma le finestre dei vari menu restano vuote e scompaiono anche i comandi per cambiare lo spazio di lavoro. Ho provato a ripulire tutto con adobe cleaner ma la situazione non cambia. Altra stranezza è che Photoshop elements 11, la prima volta che mi sono accorto del problema, fatto partire in modalità di compatibilità windows 8 ha funzionato regolarmente. Spento il computer e riacceso non funziona più, anche reimpostando la modalità compatibilità windows8 o 7. Credo che a questo punto non resti che la versione di Photoshop elements più recente. Grazie

I would recommend you download the free trial of the Photoshop Elements 15 and see if it works.
If it does, we can decide how you would like to proceed.

Ho provato la versione trial di Photoshop elements 15 e tutto funziona regolarmente. L'ho tolta convinto che questa ormai fosse l'unica soluzione. Ma.... Questa mattina Windows 10 ha fatto un aggiornamento (KB4016871). Una volta aggiornato ho riprovato a installare PE11 e tutto ora funziona correttamente. Spento e riacceso il PC tutto continua a funzionare.!!!!!
