Re: Lightning strikes truckThat is amazing and even more amazing that it was caught on video. Thankfully they are okay.
The other day we saw a pole with about 8 surveillance cameras next to the road. Nothing really along there, but an office building sitting back further from the road. I don't think the cams were for the building because it was too far away. aka Cheryl

Re: Lightning strikes truckCould never get that video to load. There are 11 scripts running on that site. Most were tracking scripts. One script purportedly uses tracking info that is sold to malware sites. All that on a news website registered by Disney.
Re: Lightning strikes truckUnbelievable! Whew..guess no one was touching the frame when it struck. When I was a kid it was supposed to be cool (before airconditioning) to ride with your arm hanging out the driver's side. That would turn you into a French fry for sure.

If I'd been driving that truck, there wouldn't have been any need to survive the lightning bolt. I'd have had a heart attack! Lenovo W70l; 1.6 GHz, i7 quad core, Win 7, 64 bit, 16 gigs DDR-3 RAM; NVIDIA Quadro FX 2800; Two 1T 7200 internal drives; BluRay burner
