Putting a CD together and need separation between cuts

Putting a CD together and need separation between cutsI use Sony Audio Studio 8. I have six cuts I want to put on CD (have not done this before). I cleaned all the cuts and boobooed by not leaving two to three seconds of dead air on the tail end of each. I was looking for a way to expand the window so I can add the space between each cut, but so far I cannot figure out a way to expand the window so that I can insert the next cut three seconds out. Any ideas?

Re: Putting a CD together and need separation between cutsBuddy,
If you are creating a true audio CD and not just a data CD, the 2 second (default) gap is created by the burning software. You don't need to add dead time to the selection. The selection should be saved to audio CD standards: generally a wav file using 44100 Hz. What are you using to burn the audio CD to disc?
Re: Putting a CD together and need separation between cutsI have six separate units open, and Audio Studio has a burner function in it. I'm not sure how to burn six units at one time.

Re: Putting a CD together and need separation between cutsI finally got it to work for me. In Audio Studio you have to take all your cuts, paste them one after another in one display, then regionalize each one, then burn to disc. T'was my first effort at doing this, and it was a learning experience.
