When I go to the members section and select the download I need, another box comes up for me to sign into that particular download. I have tried everyway I can to sign it but it doesn't accept my password or user name. I have tried on my PC and laptop. Can someone help please> Thanks Donna

Thanks Don, That part is fine. It is when I click on a download, a little box pops up that says connect to muvipix.com. It asks for user name and password. That is where I have a problem. Now what? Thanks again Donna

It is a security feature, you only have to do that once each time you access the members area for the first thing you download.

I have downloaded things before and never had a problem. I don't know what was going on earlier but I did finally get it to work. I don't believe it was operator error..I typed in user name and password letter for letter several times and it wouldn't work. I have had problems logging in to the products section and it was several days before that was resolved. It always seems to clear itself up. Thanks Donna
