Do I have to insert a black vid?

Postby Lammy » Wed Dec 07, 2011 6:37 pm

Hey there folks. Just a quick question that I couldn't find using the search function.

I am in the process of putting together my first piece. I remember on the last version of PE I used if you had a game between videos on each line you had to insert black video to fill the gap. Is this something that still needs to be done or is that a thing of the past? I am using multiple lines for video so I don't want to have to retrace my tracks after I get about five minutes of video across multiple lines.

Appreciate the help in advance!

Always good practice. It's uncertain how the program will react to gaps with no frames. Easier to fill them than to wonder later if that's what's causing a problem.
