Certainly. That's the beauty of anaglyphic (red/blue) 3D. You can view it on any device, so it's ideal for editing.

Whether or not you can output 3D BluRay depends on whether you're using the Studio or Pro version of DVD Architect, and which version of DVD Architect you're using. Not all include this output option.
