Movie Studio color space

Youtube recommends a color space of 4.2.0 for uploaded videos. Is that what Movie Studio produces?

It can. 4.2.0 refers to the chroma sampling scheme. That depends on the codec used, but most of the common consumer level codecs use 4.2.0 -- avchd, h.264, hdv, mpeg-2 etc.. NTSC DV, dvcpro, and dvcam use 4.1.1, but PAL DV is 4.2.0.
