Video FX: keyframes & the cookie cutter effectBranching out: For the first time I've tried to use the cookie cutter effect to help enhance visibility of a competitor in a sporting event. In VMSP 10 when I open the video FX cookie cutter I have a key frame controller along the bottom of the window. That allows me to keep the cookie cutter effect on the player as their position changes in the frame. However in MSP 12 when I open Sony cookie cutter there is no such tool, or at least I can't find it. How can I open the fey frame controller when working in MSP 12, (which I prefer over v.10?) I have a hard time believing Sony would omit this important function associated w/ the cookie cutter FX, I conclude it's just my inability to find it.

Re: Video FX: keyframes & the cookie cutter effectWith the Video Event FX window open try clicking on one of the little clock icons to animate any of the options. Does that help?
Re: Video FX: keyframes & the cookie cutter effectExactly what I'd have suggested, TreeTops!
In most of the newer effects, you keyframe the individual properties rather than the overall effect. The keyframe controller for each property is opened by clicking the little clock button on each property's right. HP Envy with 2.9/4.4 ghz i7-10700 and 16 gig of RAM running Windows 11 Pro

Re: Video FX: keyframes & the cookie cutter effectYes, love the reference, problem being was that mine was for v10, trherefore not very helpful for the current v of MSP12.
That's been remedied, I've ordered v12 as well as the DVDAS book via this site. Thanks for your kind assistance. Panasonic AG-AC130A, Sony HDR-SR11, Garmin Virb, Dji Osmo Action, and Contour video cameras, VEGAS Pro 16.0 i7-3740QM CPU @ 2.7GHz, 16 GB RAM, Win 10 Home Premium 64 bit,
