I've produced a set of educational photography videos and am trying to create a set of DVDs using DVD Architect to be duplicated for commercial use.
The problem is the huge amount of material I have is now spread over 3 dual layer DVDs, duplication costs for these are quite high, so I'm wondering if there's a more optimal way for me to create the DVD's with DVD Architect.
Source material is MPEG-2, I've set the default bitrate to 7 mbps, and I thought perhaps if I reduced the bitrate I might be able to get away with using fewer DVD's or maybe 3 single layer ones. But changing the bitrate doesn't seem to affect the percentage of the DVD being used.
Is there a way to tell DVD Architect to just use whatever means necessary to get the content onto a single DVD. Then I could compare the DVD quality with what I have already and see if it's worthwhile.
Thanks for any help.
