Make Audio single channel, to 2 channels?

I made a mistake. (Yes).
I recorded my audio on one channel. How do I make it into 2 channel mono?
I can't believe I did this...

Not on a computer with PrEl at the moment Tony, so this is from memory. I think there are audio effects called Fill Left and Fill Right. Depending on which channel you already have, you use one of these to put the same audio into the other track.

You can use the "Fill Left" or "Fill Right" audio effect. I can't remember which one those you need.
