I don't know if anything like this exists, but this should just, by a quick glance, help you get over the initial shock of the dive in. It should help you better understand the organization/layout of PE4. I'm sure there are plenty of video tutorials around here for a more in depth guide.

Version 7 is even a little more different, there are video tours and articles on both version 4 and 7 in the products section.
