We have converted all of the Frequently Asked Questions to a FlashPaper format for ease of readability (has zoom function), searchability, copy/paste, print, etc...
They are located at a few places around the site, but for quick direct access, here's the link (be sure to bookmark for easy reference) :

If they start getting updated often and there's interest, we'll provide a RSS Feed.

Hi Ron,
I'm interested in the RSS feed. I've never seen Flash paper before... Very cool! Does it have the abilty to generate a Table of Contents? Was thinking it would make the FAQ more browseable? (don't think that's a word...)

Once we start updating the content, I'll post an RSS Feed link.
A TOC would be possible, but not so easy to implement. You almost don't really need an index or TOC unless you could combine different subject areas or group certain tasks (editing, errors, tips, burning, etc).
Maybe if the database grows large enough, we can organize it that way.

Ctrl+C for copy and what to paste? I tried the 'Ol Ctrl+Insert and Shift+ Insert but that didn't work.

Well, depending on the program that you're pasting into, there's usually (I think always) a menu item to paste - 'Edit' >> 'Paste'. Otherwise, it's Ctrl-V
