Hello Lestra,

You cannot just add buttons to a menu, at least not easily. Do you have Photoshop or Photoshop Elements?

The Scene Menu has a specific number of buttons, let's say 4, if you have 8 scenes then the menu will duplicate and you will end up with two scene menus with 4 buttons each.

You can find a existing scene menu template with the number of buttons you are looking for and then modify that menu if you like, but the modification in Premiere Elements is limited. You can do quite a bit in Photoshop Elements however.

Thank You Chuck,really fast answer.
Yes I have Photoshop and I try something.Open one of Scene menus and copy last button/3/.Delete words COPY,rename button to /4/and save it.Of course uncheck Read-only,in windows explorer properties. But it look same in PE.
Where is the mistake?
I have not Photoshop Elements, and my Photoshop is from Creative Suite 2.
sorry my English is no so good.

We may have to wait for Steve Grisetti to get back from Florida for the answer to that question. He has prepared a nice article on how to edit the templates, if you purchased a membership the article is free.

I don't know if the article talks about adding buttons or not, Steve should be back tomorrow.

I don't know if just copying and renaming the button layer is enough.

Steve please hurry up.
But Chuck ofcourse that copy and renaming is not enough.I look at original layer of button /3/ and make corrections to copy one /4/ to look the same. There is some signs (^^),I correct too. Then everythings looks the same as other original layers of buttons.Different is only name but...
If we must wait Steve,OK.Thank You Chuck.

After reading Steve's Article I think you also have to rename all of the button's language sub-layers as well. Maybe that is what happens when you use Paul's method above of duplicating the entire group.

I wish I was more of a Photoshop expert.

It works!
Select button, select layer group, copy layer group, but again must to delete all words COPY from new group, copy those signs (^^) to look like original, and save.Must be sure that all words COPY deleted.
Now I will be happy with Premiere Elements 3.
Thank You Chuck and Paul.

Thanks for covering for me, Paul.

On the other hand, it is shocking to get back from vacation and you find out everyone got along just fine without you...

Hi, lestra.

I was taping my niece's wedding, just north of Fort Myers. I'm also trying to turn the whole experience into a mini-documentary called "How I Shot My Niece's Wedding," which I'll post here.

Talk about milking the experience!
