Flash PlayerI recently bought a new computer: HP, Windows 7, 64 bit. When I run "Elements #9, Keyframe 101, the program hangs with the error message: Macromedia Flash Player 6.0 r21 has stopped working. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is found. I have updated the Flash Player to 10.0.42.34. I still get the same error message. When I was running this program in Windows Vista, 32 bit, I had no problem. Appreciate any help. Arnie49
Re: Flash PlayerOne annoying thing about Flash Player is that sometimes when you update it, it leaves the old, obsolete version behind too.
Go to Add/Remove Programs in your Control Panel and remove all versions of Flash from your computer. Then add Flash 10. HP Envy with 2.9/4.4 ghz i7-10700 and 16 gig of RAM running Windows 11 Pro
Re: Flash PlayerI did that. There was only one version 10 but I deleted that and reinstalled 10.0.42.34. Program still doesn't run.
Re: Flash PlayerTry it now, Arnie49. I converted the executable to Flash 10.

Re: Flash PlayerTried to download revised Elements 9. Error: "Unable to download Elements 9.zip. The communication with the server was reset."
Re: Flash PlayerWow, I really didn't think you'd try to download so fast. I was probably uploading the new file at the time.
Please try again. Regards,

Re: Flash PlayerThat did it. Now I can play Elements 9.
How do I change my user name in forum to match subscriber downloads? Thanks for all the help.
