3:2 Pull Down

I'm shooting with an HV30 at 24psf. The cam outputs 30i which must first be deinterlaced (both upper and lower fields come from the same p scan so the result is p), and then 3:2 pull down must be applied to get 24p. This works fine in After Effects, but I can figure the sequence settings and other settings to make it happen in PPro. I'm using CS5. Can anyone help? Thanks, Dale
