Encore menu buttons missing

Postby sugarmedic » Sat May 18, 2013 9:08 pm

Hi, I recently started using CS6 from a CD. I have a project in Encore and a menu. When I go to choose menu buttons from the library their is nothing in the area a drop down menu belongs. The only tab that has a drop down items is the menu tab itself with the various general, education, corporate ECT selections. Any idea's? I put in the content installer and updated my software online without success. I have a windows 7 PC. Thanks!!

That was a disappointment that after buying the disc you still had to download. Hope you have good download speed.

Peru, thanks that was just what I needed. It appears the master collection CD had only about 1/3'rd of the content it was designed to have. A quick swap out of files and it ran perfect. Thanks again! I am really happy with the quality of CD that encore put out. Perhaps I didn't have my elements 9 and 11 settings tweaked correctly but encore sure does. Thanks again.
