What does this do. I want to clear my cache (having some memeory issues) but don't want to lose my presets.

Pressing Shift + ALT + CTRL while Premiere Elements is starting will clear all cache and preferences, nothing will happen to your projects or presets. If you have changed any of the project preferences or Premiere Elements settings you may have to change them back.

2. Cybertron PC - Liquid Cooled AMD FX6300, 6 cores, 3.50ghz - 32GB DDR3 - MSI GeForce GTX 960 Gaming 4G, 4GB Video Ram, 1024 Cuda Cores.
