..am considering this one and I'd like to know what you think. My funds are limited and graphics, animation and video are my interests. I need opinions on this possible purchase. Thanks

Hi Buddy,

As long as you are not going to edit 4K video I think that will be fine. The graphics card is only 1gb but don't think that will be a problem. Not a bad computer for under $600 actually, plenty of hard drive space, a nice SSD and 64gb of RAM is good.

2. Cybertron PC - Liquid Cooled AMD FX6300, 6 cores, 3.50ghz - 32GB DDR3 - MSI GeForce GTX 960 Gaming 4G, 4GB Video Ram, 1024 Cuda Cores.

Thanks Chuck. I can possibly upgrade the graphics card. Your info is most helpful; think I'll go with it. Gratsi!

Good morning. Speaking of a new computer, is anyone thinking about the new Apple MacBook pro’s with the new M1 chips. Pricey but if you’re into the Apple centric products is this a (better than it used to be?) is this now a better fit with Adobe Elements?

If I was going to spend the money on an Apple Pro, I might consider pairing with a pro editor like Final Cut or Premiere Pro.

It's kind of overkill for an Elements program. Like putting a Cadillac engine in a Honda Civic.

Because the M1 technology is so new a lot of windows based programs do not work on it. You might consider the M1 mini if you prefer Apple based machines. The M1 mini is super powerful and quite a bit less expensive. Steve's comments are spot on regarding the Pro to edit PRE elements.
