Re: Windows 10 and power saver settingsJust a longshot:
Try updating the graphics driver. Also, make sure all Windows Updates are installed. You may need to update the chipset drivers.
Re: Windows 10 and power saver settingsIn the Device Mgr. I checked for the graphic card update and said it was up to date. Checked for Windows Updates and only one for Windows Defender. I don't know anything about chipset drivers.

You can't believe what Windows tells you. Go directly to the video card manufacturer's site to find the drivers. What video card do you have? What driver number do you have?

Re: Windows 10 and power saver settings
I need to allow hibernation in order for my UPS to work properly during a power outage, surge, or brownout.
Re: Windows 10 and power saver settingsThere was a loss of power a week ago right after I got the new build. Had to turn off and on a few times to get it to power off. I called the friend who built it and he said there are safety features built in is why it took me a few tries. I guess to simulate when you have the power flicker on and off? I did buy new surge protector strips for the unit.
I think I will just not let it hibernate and turn off each night. aka Cheryl
