Is it possible that my RollbackRXPro snapshots, all of which I've locked, are the cause? If not, can anyone recommend a solution? Norton suggested I unleash Norton Utilities on Drive C. I agreed to an attack on the highly-fragmented boot drive. The result, according to Windows, is that Drive C is now only 9% fragmented.
