No, not royalty free
The song is by CCM artist Geoff Moore, best known for their song 'Home Run'.
He also had a solo hit called 'String Around My Finger' a few years ago, ok maybe 10 years ago.

Anyway, I don't think it would hurt to use it in a small personal slideshow but don't use it where you will be producing a bunch of copies to hand out or sell
