Thought I would start a Contemporary Christian and Gospel topic to our music forum A song that I heard tonight really impressed me, it is a great song for a girl's growing up video. Nichole Nordeman - I Am A couple of others that I had not heard before but left a big impression; Barlow Girl - Mirror Mirror No Sacrifice - Jason Upton Jeremy Camp - My Desire All great songs and worth a listen

Great idea, Chuck. Here are a couple I think work really well in videos.
Amazing--Janelle Heaven Was Needing a Hero---Jo Dee Messina. This is a great song for a military tribute.

That sounds great Chuck. A young musician down in San Diego, Trevor Davis, is really making some good music with a unique style. So many good musicians out there now it is hard to pick a favorite.

The North Georgia Church Of God (all the Churches of God from Atlanta to the Tennessee border) are holding the annual Teen Talent competition at our church. Well, the dance and drama categories anyway. I have heard and seen some great dance and human videos. I am also getting to hear some new music that us old guys are not familiar with

Chuck,
Are recording this? If so, please be sure to post some of it......I love to watch the dances. A church I used to attend had a group that did interpretive dance and it was so beautiful.

I will see if I can get some of them posted, we are recording all sessions, three stages, 3 hours last night and all day today. There are 100s of entries and it is quite a production. We have 5 cameras covering two stages in the main sanctuary and a single camera covering the events in the teen sanctuary. Too bad we aren't broadcasting it over the internet
