3 external DVD Writers would be a little cheaper, but not much. The computer will see all 3 DVD Writers and can use one or all of them. The case is not hard to open and replacing a drive is not harder than replacing one in your computer. Not much difference from what I've seen so far. Decisions, decisions. I still have to get the business before this really matters, that has not happened yet

Hi Chuck,
I don't know if you've bought your DVD duplicator but I just bought one in February which I'm pleased with. I purchased a 5-1 from Supermediastore.com. for $381.00 which seemed like a decent price compared to some of the prices I've seen for the same type of unit. There's no hard drive however I didn't need it and they're all Pioneer burners. Just does a good job of producing 5, 60 minute long DVD's, in about 5 minutes. When I did them one by one in the computer burner it would take about 20 minutes for each one. Hope this helps as you've helped me numerous times.

George, what brand and model is it? That is a really great price for that many drives.

Chuck,
It's Product Code HD-001-2631. Go to Supermediastore.com, click on duplication hardware, then on the left side click duplicators sale. You'll see it listed with several other items. I believe the controller is generic but the burners are all Pioneer.
