I found some of the Total Training tutorials on the Adobe site for free. Most are for Premiere Elements 2 but still apply to version 3 as well.

Actually from briefly looking at a few, I'm guessing they're actually PE1. I tried to find Total Training for PE2 some time back but never could .. and the screen looks different than my PE2. Having said that .. there's still probably useful info there.
