I found some of the Total Training tutorials on the Adobe site for free. Most are for Premiere Elements 2 but still apply to version 3 as well.

Lots of goodies .. some basic stuff .. but I'm always surprised at how many little details I HAVEN'T learned along the way :).

I have them all saved and ready to view at my leisure.

Actually from briefly looking at a few, I'm guessing they're actually PE1. I tried to find Total Training for PE2 some time back but never could .. and the screen looks different than my PE2. Having said that .. there's still probably useful info there. :)
