One of my Favorite Motion Backgrounds

Postby Chuck Engels » Mon Jul 28, 2008 2:40 pm

We have many motion backgrounds here at Muvipix, we are adding more every month :)
This is one of my favorites;

Yes, Chuck, quite nice - how about a pointer? Looking through all the stuff is sometimes daunting, and I have to confess that I don't remember seeing that one before...

No problem Bob :)

Under Backgrounds you will see the Hi-Def catagory, select that and then go to page 6.
"HD Landscape 01 Video Background" it is toward the bottom of the page on the left, at least for now.
The problem is that after we add a bunch they sometimes get moved and they aren't on the same page anymore.
But for now that is where you will find this one ;)

Maybe I ought to add a column in my spreadsheet that describes what the file is. :-D What a second...... am I nuts? :drunken: Over 800 of them. ](*,)

My point Chuck: They are too many to remember and it takes too long to search for something you want - even with the spreadsheet.

I am not complaining, nor have a solution. Just a comment...

Oh, and if we made the drop blood red, that might be a great background for a vampire movie...

Could probably be done if you created a second copy with a colorize effect of some kind, changing the whole thing to red.
Then use a track matte for the rest, maybe not real easy, but doable. Probably a lot easier in After Effects, maybe I could work on it :-k

A powerful search widget is coming soon. It won't solve pinpointing, but it will definitely narrow it down a bit (if it's not abstract).

Piggybacking on Bob's great idea...

If the drop was dark black...could be a great background for an environmentalist film (oil polluting our water, etc.)

(Just brainstorming) :)
