Re: 360 Panoramic ViewYou can create a Photomerge Panorama that combines several photographs into one continuous image. but no 360.

Re: 360 Panoramic ViewMicrosoft's free Image Composite Editor (ICE) allows you to create images that span 360 degrees. https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/research/product/computational-photography-applications/image-composite-editor/
I use it to create 360 degree panoramas from regular video. With my camera rolling, I spin around slowly in a complete circle. I use a 3-axis gimble to keep the camera very level. Then I import that video into ICE. ICE analyzes the frames and stitches them together to create an image that spans 360 degrees. After that I take the 360 degree image and import it into PanoramaStudio Pro 3.0 (not free) https://www.tshsoft.com/en/index. That application has an option to create a self-contained executable file that you run and interact with, although the seamless image circles around unattended after you stop interacting with it.
