Changing brush size in PSE 11

In PSE 9, I could increase the brush size by using the "+" key and decrease it by using the "-" key.
This doesn't work for me in PSE 11.

Is there a setting to change this, or was that feature removed?

Steve's book is on order, so I can't check there until it arrives.

Actually it's the [ and ] keys that increase and decrease the brush size. Same shortcut for Photoshop and Photoshop Elements, Bob.

Yes, I remembered incorrectly.

I had already uninstalled version 9 after deactivating so that I could install it on another computer when I decide which one gets 9 and which one gets 11. If I still had 9 installed, I may have realized my error.
