I am having a few problems... very slow response time and sometimes when I click on a post the green progress bar completes but the page does not show.. I need to hit it a second time. Hopefully just teething issues...

Sorry to hear that Paul, everything I've seen so far is blazing fast.
Hopefully it will get straightened out for you soon.

I'm not seeing a browse button to edit avitar in user control panel.

Paul, your issue may just be that it's still propagating... around the world in this case. I think it should eventually get better and better as time goes on.
