I believe that's "back to the top", a way of pushing a thread back to the top of the forum.

It's like typing "bump" except that it saves you typing an extra letter.

Jennifer and CHeryl,

It was very scary and it still bothers the girls today.. He was in jail before I got home and he will be gone for 20 years as he was on probation for assault, drug possession and other lesser charges.. I make it better by thinking it was one of those freak things and he was not here to try to hurt someone,, just needed a fix.. We were without electricity last night and came back about 8:30 to get things to so we could go to the hotel.. Arielle, the oldest, locked herself in the car and wouldn't come into a dark house to get her things..If my husband is working graveyards, she is in bed with me...Pretty sad...

Jennifer, that is one heck of a story.. Thank God they found it...

I remember when I was young, and we left the house at about 9 in the morning and only came home to eat or bathroom break... Our mom's knew we were at the empty lot playing stick ball, riding our bikes or just playing.. They didn't worry someone would drive by and kidnap us or school shootings...Life was so much easier then,..

Hehe...

BTT = Bumping The Thread (moving it back up to the front for others to see it) :)

(If I'm violating forum rules by doing this, I ask for forgiveness... I can't plead ignorance...as it's my fault I haven't checked forum rules regarding this issue). [-o<

Good Triumphs!

Postby Rockdoc » Wed Jul 30, 2008 1:56 pm

Hello Everyone!

I just received a call from my husband, who told me that MY CAMERAS WERE RECOVERED!!!

I am, needless to say, shocked. I don't know how this person came to have my bag, but he was able to track us down (since there was no info in the bag) by looking at the pictures on my camera of my husband's squadron coming home from deployment. He contacted my husband's old squadron, and the squadron contacted my husband. We should have the cameras back by tomorrow!!

I want to sincerely thank all who have expressed their sympathy and support for my situation. I am touched by your responses and want you all to know that your efforts to help and to understand how much that loss bothered me relieved a lot of frustration and negative feelings about the whole situation. I am honored to be part of such a wonderful community!

Jennifer,
That is so very exciting and we are thrilled that you are getting everything back.

I am extremely excited about the participation in this effort to help as well, the Muvipix forum really came through.
This was a very fun event and I think brought us all a little closer together :)

Everyone that donated please keep your eyes open for a new topic regarding the donations that were collected ;)
