OpSYS-WinVista 64, SP1 up to date.
Do you think the 64 bit thing is causing the problems.... I have not experienced any warnings, crashes, burps etc. with Premiere Elements 4 ...yet.

O.K. I'll try a restart.
Oh! WMP Windows Media/Movie Player. #-o

Already posted, DSL ;)

Missed that, long day.

Also try a different browser to see if maybe it's IE specific. It could be some sort of [high] security setting. Can you view Chuck's videos, or other embedded WMVs on the net?

Thank you for all the attention.

The problem seems to be with my IE :-k , I tried a different browser (Apple's Safari) with your suggestion and I clicked on one of the files Chuck sent me. It worked, wonder what the problem with IE is.. the ssl (3.0) and tsl options are checked in the advanced security window. I tried the files with the phishing filter turned off also. I will use Safari for now, if you come up with anything let me know, I will do the same. Thanks.

You may want to try reinstalling Windows Media Player. It's possible that the plug-in (for IE) is corrupted. Reinstalling should put everything back to default.

Hi, me again.

Well I moved onto Mozilla Firefox, cliked on the commercial contest link, it worked beautifully after downloading the latest plug-in for WMP. Thanks for all your help. I like the way M.Firefox looks and acts.

Not sure if I will go back to ie ](*,) and didn't like the Safari interface.

Many of the members here use FireFox instead of IE. Sometimes I need to open IE for a site because FF does not act right but that is not very often.
IE7 has had some issues with video files for me so I have not upgraded all of my computers to it anyway, IE6 works just fine but no tabs like FF and IE7.
Glad you are getting to see the contest videos, don't forget to rate them all :)

Uploading all of the 30 second commercials to YouTube tonight, should be available in the next day or two for viewing.

I sure would like to get all of the commercials in higher quality, except for the 'from this, to this' commercial that one is fine.
If the other three could send me 640 x 480 WMVs of the highest quality setting you can that would be great.
If anyone needs help just let me know. It might even be better to get the AVIs instead, let me know how big they are, that way I could export whatever format I needed.

Thanks again for all the great entries, not long till the winners are announced :)
