On Friday night, February 8, our host will be performing maintenance on the servers. It is possible that the site will be unavailable sometime between 12:00 AM - 5:00 AM EST. It shouldn't affect the whole timeframe, this is just the window where they may have to shut the servers down.
We apologize in advance for the inconvenience.
Regards, -Ron

I agree... they're in California (9-2 local) - must be a method to the madness.
Again, it shouldn't be inoperable the entire time, probably long enough for the serer to reboot I would assume.

6:00 PM to 11:00 PM EST would be 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM PST. That pretty much hits prime time anywhere on the North and South American continents. Maybe they want to avoid hitting prime time in the UK The tech doing the work isn't going to need to be staying up late.

Shoot, I had it backwards. It's 9PM-2AM local PST, so that's Midnight - 5AM EST. How does that sound for possible downtime?

Thanks for the warning Ron.
Starting at 9 PM PST does potentially impact us on the West coast.
