Posted a project I am making for my daughter's exchange trip. Still a work in progress, so suggestions welcome. Still have to add a title, any ideas?

I like the fast pace, entertaining to watch. I like the movements of the stadium pictures. For the sequence at two minutes in. I was thinking that you could add a subtle pop to the pictures on the beat in between picture changes. Just a thought maybe worth trying but it may be distracting too...

That is FANTASTIC !

I love the newspaper and the photo flips, the music and the video, all great stuff. You are becoming quite the editor that's for sure.

How many tracks did you use for that project?
1. Thinkpad W530 Laptop, Core i7-3820QM Processor 8M Cache 3.70 GHz, 16 GB DDR3, NVIDIA Quadro K1000M 2GB Memory.

2. Cybertron PC - Liquid Cooled AMD FX6300, 6 cores, 3.50ghz - 32GB DDR3 - MSI GeForce GTX 960 Gaming 4G, 4GB Video Ram, 1024 Cuda Cores.

Excellent job. A really fun and faced paced video. The music was great. You know I'm all about the music.

I hope you don't mind if I borrow some of your moves.
Happy Editing,

Beth

I agree with Beth .. the music was great! And I also got a few ideas for a project I have that needed a fresh perspective.

Very very nice, Mom. I like it!

Your daughter went to Bremen, I'm missing the towns landmark: the "Bremer Stadtmusikanten" - Bremer town-musicians (???)

They have their roots from an old fairytale of the Gebr. Grimm - don't know if anybody knows...

Danke! Much appreciated. I am a product of this site, learning everyone's tips and tricks and ideas. Used some of Beth's moves, hope you don't mind.

Wheat King, the 2 min. mark with the motion background, I have reworked that several times. Can't come up with anything that isn't too busy, yet need pics to move somewhat. Anyone, any ideas?

Should the subtitles be smaller?

On the flip of the postcard, I took a snap to Photoshop, erased background and brought back in...couldn't match size. So, I took a snap of last frame with bright green background and used the chroma key, much faster. Maybe there is an easier way?

Thanks again, glad you enjoyed it. Showed daughter last night and she was very surprised. She was wondering why I have been locking the door to the computer room when working.

Sorry, Chuck forgot. At the end, pics flipping down was 15 tracks. I had already had the ending postcard and had to fill a certain amount of time. I stretched black video into the slot to measure, then moved the black video to the end of the project to work on the amount of pics and timing. Used the black video as my time guide. Then moved 3 pics at a time back to the slot. I couldn't lasso all the tracks at once.

Vera, I will use the horse, pig, chicken in the title. Daughter brought home a small plaster version.

Wow, absolutely brilliant! Well done. So many ideas from this one video...I need to write them down! :-D

At the 2 min mark: I agree with Wheat King, maybe a slight zoom in to each picture so each one finishes with a pop that lines up with every 2nd or 3rd (or 4th) beat from the music?

Congratulations, great job!

Thanks John, will try the pop you and Wheat King suggested. May also try to pics in one spot and use the band wipe between each. Not sure.

Vera, thanks for the google link, using one of the images in the title with the blue globe motion background from the members section.
