O.K. Got my first video posted. Thanks to one of the forum members for all his help. He did the first part of the video and then walked me thru the rest. So enjoy and go easy on me. LOL

There is a link to the video for you. Good job getting it uploaded and I am so glad there was someone to give you a hand with that.

Are you sure this is your first video? Or just the first one you posted? Very nice transitions and some cool effects too! Loved the music :)

:-D Thanks guys. This isn't my first video but is the first one I've done that was more than just a slide show. I've done several. One I just did Steve designed a template for me of my granddaughter's kindergarten class. She is in that video I just posted. Her name is Aleesia and she was about 16 mos old when that picture was taken. She is 6 now. Now I have the "book", I hope I can do more. Thanks again.

Donna, great choice of music! And good pics of the kids too. Loved the pics at the end where they are messy. Are they eating or painting? or both?

There is nothing like a little paint snack before lunch. Those kids put anything they can in their mouths.LOL The messiest one with the teacher holding her is mine. She loved the full body experience...There is a lot more to come. There are 3 of the original 8 left at the school and they are graduating this year and off to "big school." I thought it would be fun to do a video dedicated to them to see how they have grown over the past 6 yrs. I have some video footage I want to include but haven't figured out how to do that yet. I just got a new camcorder and all my footage is analog. Hopefully I will figure that out before they graduate high school. LOL Thanks for all the encouragement. You guys are such an inspiration. You can check out the school at riseschool.org and click on Houston.

What a nice video and very well done. Great music. Have the kids seen it? They may get a real kick in seeing themselves now or in the future.

That bath must have been a long one.
Happy Editing,

Thank goodness I didn't have to bathe them. It will be a gift for the 3 of the original 8 that are left at the schooll. But yeas they do love to see themselves on "TV". They are all stars in my eyes.
Thanks for the positive comments. I really admire your work. Thanks for sharing your talents. I am learning alot from all you pros.

I have finished the 1st chapter of my DVD. I put some video footage in it but it isn't the best I've done. But it is the first time I have ever done any editing with video. I think with what I had to work with, it is decent. How do I get a name under the icon? Thanks

Hi Chuck,

I guess this is a question for Ron but when I click on the above link I am not seeing any video. Any advice would be appreciated, thanks!

I think that is a link to a video I had posted but I was trying to edit it and I deleted it. So that is the problem I do believe.
