This is wonderful, mom! And I love the opening credits! (And the cameo appearance by "Premiere Elements in a Snap" was cool too!)

Would definitely make a great contest entry.

Keep up the great work!

Product placement = free stock (per online ch#291)

Thanks Steve. When I was filming this, I thought I was going to get my legs burned when he lit the aerosal can. Not to mention that it could have exploded.

That's a great clip momoffduty. I liked the opening and how the opening, video and ending clip tied themselves together.

For your next vacation clip maybe reverse the order - be at your PC with a vacation picture as the wallpaper, hit the Esc key, and melt into the wallpaper photo.

Thnx Wheat King. Now you know why I ask a ton of questions on here, trying to learn all of your tricks. You have walked me thru a lot of how to's. Good thing that Canadians are patient. :)

Got a bunch more questions, but will pace myself.

TERRIFICA!

approaching the end, I'm thinking, "man I sure hope that painting was purchased 'cause man what a loss if it hadn't" Then of course my question is answered.

I loved it. Not tricked up too much, but enough to give it a 'better than your average home video' production value. I learned a lot. It gives me ideas.

One curiosity I have is, what is the real time for the making of this painting?

Thanks Chuck & John. It took him about 13 minutes real time and was $25 US for the painting. I did have a hard time at the end of filming with no tripod, hand cramping. There wasn't much room to set one up even if I brought mine. He was on a long walkway about 5 feet wide. Behind me was a drop off into a large water feature. Many people were walking between me and the water, about 2 ft space, so getting bumped. The vendors set up on this walkway at night during the shows. I tried to get the guy's address to send him a DVD, but even with a translator he thought I wanted directions to his house. :-s Finally, found out he has no mailing address. Oh, well.

I want to say thanks to Chris. His melt zip file was a Big help. That is a nice feature to import someone else's project file. I looked at the keyframing and the settings.

What a cool video.

I am always amazed at the vision that artists have to create their work and their tricks of the trade. To get that control out of a can of spray paint is unreal.

You must also be complimented on your steadiness. 13 minutes is a huge amount of time to stay in one small cramped space. Thanks for sharing.
