coming up teaser

Postby videovillageidiot » Sun Aug 16, 2009 3:20 pm

i was playing with a wedding photo in photoshop, trying to isolate the happy couple. once i did, i tried it against a background from a video (instead of hawaii, i thought i'd place them in the lovely grand tetons). anyway, i shrunk it way down and placed it in the lower corner and played the clip. it reminded me of those little teasers that appear on tv that show you what's coming up. it gave me an idea and i came up with this...

That is a crazy hiker! What would be cute is to have him pop in various places around the edge of the screen. Could be hanging from above upside down or on the side. That way he looks like he is peering into the video screen. :)

thanks for the idea - i was also thinking that i'd do something like that in a video i plan to make for my neighbors...they're moving and i'm gonna' miss their 3 little boys so much. i was planning to do a video where they pop up and also "hide" them in scenes (like "where's waldo"). i just LOVE this video stuff - there's no end to the ways to be creative.

thanx cheryl and everyone else at muvipix for all the great help!
