In the lesson on Chroma Key when I hit the eyedropper the colour sample turns to black and even if I go to the green screen it says black. I got it to work with Merge but this isn't right - I am on a PC.
Thanks,
Mike

Re: Using Chroma KeyI'm not sure why this is happening, Bogie. I can't duplicate your experience.
Have you ensured that you're using the patched version of the program, version 2020.1? Check under Help/About Premiere Elements and ensure it says Version 18.0 (202020130.daily.2070236) There were a couple of bugs in the keying effects that were fixed by this update. Here's my tutorial on using Chroma Key. Although this is for version 15, it works exactly the same for me in version 2020. HP Envy with 2.9/4.4 ghz i7-10700 and 16 gig of RAM running Windows 11 Pro
Loading .prel files in Linkedin course. When I load the files I get a red screen that says Media off line. Wish I could attach a picture to this message.
