Converting flv files to swf files

Would like to know the following:

What software program do you highly recommend that will allow you to convert a flv file to swf file for the web?

I purchased SWF & FLV Toolbox 3.5 from Eltima (http://www.swf-kit.com/).

Have experienced some technical problems with this program and am in a time crunch to move things forward on a project I'm working on.

Do you know of a program that would allow you convert and flv to swf that is not very pricey?

Please advise.

I came across this converter called CinemaForge. It's freeware. It doesn't like FLV files that were captured by Windows Media Recorder Pro, but for the FLV files it does convert to SWF, it does a really good job compared to the other free utilities I tried, such as SUPER. You can't even add FLV files to Premiere Elements.

Change the bitrate to 1600 and quality level to high to get the highest quality.

I'd like to ask why you want to convert flv to swf in the first place? Just curious.
