I found this free pixel color picker, Pickard Color Selector, that has the YCrCb color space included. That's the one where black = 16 and white = 235. I found it easier to use than anything else I have. I've been using the eyedroppers that are part of the Tint effect in Premiere Elements to find out the color values of pixels, but doing it that way is very cumbersome.
Here's the description: Spectrum color picker, Screen magnifier, Eyedropper, Multple color spaces support (RGB, HSL, CMY, YUV), Multiple color string support (HTML, C++, Delphi, VisualBasic).

Does anyone have Color Picker Pro that goes for $19.99? The trial version is limited. That has many more color spaces, but most are disabled in the trial. I was just wondering if they were accurate.
