Well I would not usually post blurry video but.... I had the Macro Lens set up and it was just a wee bit out of range for this Hummingbird. But I am going to try again to see if I can get it captured in focus. Because I have to approximate the location of where the bird is this might take a few tries. I was still happy I was able to get this close.

Mom these birds are so tiny it is unbelievable. I am surprised at how fast they are. I set up the camera again today and was about 7 cm away from the feeder and got this shot below. Of course the best video is the one I missed. There were 2 Hummingbirds trying to feed at the same time and they ended up having an aerial battle which I did not capture. Based on this image it looks like I got the camera in focus today and they did not mind being videotaped. Hummingbirds III forthcoming Sidd

Not to mention the Hummingbirds of the Caribbean franchise or Iron Hummingbird by Marvel.... Sidd

Is it too late to buy stock in the soon to be released epic? The ants and snails were on a tell all show that you have passed them over for the birds.

The kids these days want the high action drama and lets face it the snails are a wee bit slow if you know what I mean. And the ants while nimble seem to have a mind of their own like a hive mentality. Very hard to work with. Sidd

Wow Sidd, that is a BEAUTIFUL picture!! And you got that by putting a macro lens on your GoPro? If you can nail the focus while shooting at 60p, you will have some killer slo mo of those birds!
