That is cool. I have been tempted to see if the timer can be disassembled and put together backward so that it rotates clockwise.

This is the closes I could find:

Timer on left is the driver unit. Timer on the right is a free spinning empty shell. When the rubber band between them is in a figure 8 it rotates the camera CW The timer on the right could be replaced with anything round and free spinning. And by changing its diameter, it will it will also change the rotational speed of the panning head.

Hang the cam & timer upside down. Flip the upside down rec mode in camera or flip in post. :fg:
