GoPro for "conventional" video.

Postby Chris B » Mon Nov 25, 2013 4:16 pm

Hi,

Whereas the GoPro is great for places you wouldn't normally take a camera it is an HD camera in it's own right. Has anyone any experience of using it as such - and any tips for doing so - best settings, pitfalls etc.

Advice in advance is appreciated!

Chris there are a couple of options if you are using the ow or Hero 3 black. You can shoot in the 2.7K mode then when you import your footage you have more room to crop. Or you can go into the settings and shoot in the narrow mode so you do not have such a big fisheye effect.
