I have some frustrations importing photos into PE2 from Microsoft Digital Image 2006
I have the predecessor to that app - Microsoft Digital Image Pro Suite version 9 and I find it much easier to use than PS Elements. The presets under File/Save a Copy For/Save for Email or Web - the Large Email View preset has a maximum pixel size of 1024 which is perfect for video work.
I don't know how it could be easier.
The only problem with this line of Microsoft products is that they have now been discontinued. It appears that MS has integrated the heart of this app into Vista.
