need some paypal assistance please

Postby happy2bapappy » Tue Mar 17, 2009 8:15 pm

I just updated my credit card info to my paypal account. Not wanting to take anything for granted, I wanted to check and make sure that Muvipix is still registered as a pre aproved payment, or listed as recurring payment.

I click on:
my account
edit profile
recurring payments (shows no vendors on the list)
pre- aproved (also is an empty list with no vendors)

Is it as I fear, and that by updating my credit card info, my pre-aproved/recurring payment list has been wiped? If so, how can I go about putting Muvipix back on the list?

Have I inadvertantly affected my current subscription?? image027

Hi John,
Don't worry, this kind of thing happens quite often actually.
Every time a credit card expires or someone changes cards on PayPal it cancels their subscription.
Ron always works out a way for you to get your subscription back in order :)

ok, great. Thanks Chuck.
I had figured Ron would chime in here, but waited on account of spring break.

(everyone needs a vacation right?).

Ron, if you're around, can you help me out here?

Sorry, this one got away from me for some reason.

Anyway, I don't show any evidence that you're subscription is canceled. When you log into PayPal, search for the entry marked "Subscription Creation" or just plain "subscription" and you should be able to find the transaction. It will indicate whether the subscription is in an Active status or not. I'm not familiar with the "Recurring Payment" list.

-Ron

Hi Ron,

I never did find 'subscription creation', or 'subscription', but in my search for it, I did manage to find the necessary information in the 'pay list'.

So, just to bring this full circle so it may help others,
I click on:
my account
edit profile
pay list

All is right in the world once more. :-D
