House Centipede

Here's something for the water cooler. Have you ever seen a house centipede? Some call it the insect from hell. There was one in my bathroom sink yesterday. I later found out that I shouldn't have killed it. I was so startled by it's appearence and disgusted with how it looked that I didn't have presence of mind to video or snapshot the thing.
